Multi-hyphenate Swedish performer who has risen to fame as a prominent figure in the humor and music scenes. Along with his band, LOV1, he embarked on his Kärlekståget Tour in 2024, with sold-out stops along the way including Fyre Festival and Västerås Cityfest. Also a solo artist performing under the stage name Mehmet, his hit song "Göre før Money" reached the 20th spot on the Swedish Top 50 charts.
Before Fame
He created the band LOV1 as a parody of the band hovone; however, LOV1's rapid success led it to become a serious musical endeavor in the year 2023. The group went on to release songs such as "Bästis Festis," which ranked at #4 on the Top 50 charts and "Sexcigg," which reached the #6 spot.
Trivia
Outside of his comedic musical undertakings, he has also enjoyed a successful career in television. He both wrote and starred in 2 seasons of the SVT comedy television series Streams, where he portrayed the role of Robin. In 2019, the song's accompanying music video also earned the distinction of having become the 3rd largest video on YouTube in Sweden.
