Foster dad who has a popular Instagram account fosterdadflipper, which has gained over 650,000 followers. On his Instagram, he has primarily documented his life as an adoptive father. He has frequently made posts giving parental advice. He has also spoken about his inspiring journey from being homeless to being able to start a family. Many of his posts have featured his family. 

Before Fame

At the age of 10, he ran away from home to escape an abusive parent. He lived on the streets of Kampala, Uganda for five years. Before he would eventually arrive in the US, he worked for the International Committee of the Red Cross during the Sudan conflict. He had also served as a relief coordinator during the Rwandan genocide.

Trivia

He is the founder of the nonprofit Now I Am Known. In July 2020, he appeared on The Today Show. One of his most popular Instagram reels celebrates his biracial family. It has gained over 2 million views.

He has four adopted children.
