Chilean actress known for her playing Cristina Moreno on the show Soltera Otra Vez and Daniela Caminero on Los existosos Pells. She's also appeared in the movies Pretendiendo and Normal con Alas.

After studying theatre at Universidad Católica de Chile, she made her first television appearance in 1999.

Her full name is María Paz Bascuñán Aylwin and starred on stage in Esa relación tan delicada.

Family Life

She married Miguel Asensio in 2008 and has two children with him.

Her grandfather is Patricio Aylwin, who served as Chile's first president after the dictatorial rule of Augusto Pinochet.
