Chef and social media superstar who boasts a massive audience of over 4.2 million subscribers on her PaulinaCocina YouTube channel, and 4.5 million followers on her paulinacocina Instagram account. Her culinary videos have featured her original recipes for no-bake desserts, homemade bread, cakes and sweet tarts, sushi, potato gnocchi, and countless other flavorful dishes. She has also featured popular video series on her channel like "Tricks and Virals Put to the Test," "Pauline's Box," "Meal Prep #1000," and "Paulina vs. El Opponent." She has welcomed numerous celebrity guests onto her channel to cook and laugh side-by-side, including pop star Tomás Ferrero, rapper YSY A, and fellow YouTube chef La Cocina Del Pirata.

Before Fame

She attended college in Paris, France, before graduating with a degree in sociology. She also later earned a PhD in Barcelona, Spain, before relocating to Argentina and creating her YouTube channel. Her channel's debut video, titled "Pastel de Patas - Argentinian Recipes... My First Video!!," was posted on June 11th, 2009, and featured her recipe for potato pie.

Trivia

She has never received any formal culinary training of any kind - she has stated that she learned everything she knows from her family and from studying cookbooks. She has authored numerous books, including Cocinen Ustedes, Manual de Supervivencia, La Cena en 30 Minutes, Cocina Para Niños, and ABC de Tartas. She has also created an online cooking course available through her personal website.

Family Life

She and her husband are the parents of two children: one son and one daughter. Both of her children have made numerous appearances in her content on social media; however, she has stated that her husband refuses to be on-camera.
