Padre Reginaldo Manzotti

Brazilian Catholic Priest and singer who is often regarded as the most famous priest in Brazil. Officially ordained in 1995, he has been working to spread the gospel through as many mediums as he can; be it radio hosting, his very successful music albums, or even social media. His padremanzotti Instagram account alone has gained over 5 million followers. He is currently a parish priest of the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Curitiba.

Before Fame

He was born in Paraíso do Norte in the state of Paraná. At eleven years old he joined the Carmelite Seminary of the Immaculate Conception of Graciosa, and later went on to study Philosophy and Theology in São Paulo.

Trivia

In October of 2011, he held an evangelizing event in Fortaleza in which over 1.4 million faithful attended.

Family Life

He is the youngest of six children and his family is of Italian descent.
