Television/radio presenter, actor, and poet best known for hosting shows such as ¡Ándale!, Llévatelo, and Una Tras Otra. He was also a prominent theatre actor and released 3 albums of his self-written poetry. He was killed in a shooting at the age of 56.
Before Fame
He studied radio and elocution at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. In 1969, he began working in radio. He made his television debut in 1974, on the XEW News network.
Trivia
He hosted the comic version of the show Un Poco de Paco en Radio in 1998. The following year, he created the evening program ¡Si Hay, y Bien!
Family Life
His first marriage was to Maria Solis, with whom he had a son. After their divorce, he married Patricia Pedroza, with whom he had 2 more children, Leslie and Francisco Stanley. During his 2nd marriage, he engaged in an extramarital affair and became the father of a 3rd son, Paul Stanley, who grew up to also be a television presenter.
