Chef who is widely known to Colombian television viewers as a judge on MasterChef Colombia. He has served as the Head Chef at Casino de Madrid and developed the kitchen management software Gestor de Cocina.

He studied at the School of Hospitality and Tourism in Madrid, Spain.
