Convicted murderer of Joan Rogers and her two daughters, who were found tied at the hands and feet and floating in the Tampa Bay. The 1989 killings became high-profile in 1992, when police used billboards to showcase samples of the killer's handwriting. He was posthumously convicted of a second Tampa Bay murder, three years after his execution. He was 14 years old when he first became involved with crime. 

Before Fame

He worked as an aluminum siding contractor, although he was unlicensed. 

Trivia

During the 17 years he was incarcerated, he did not have any visitors. 

Family Life

He was one of five children born to Oba Chandler Sr. and Margaret Johnson, who raised their children in Ohio. His father died by suicide in 1957. He was executed in November of 2011.
