Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia

Indian actress who primarily works in Hindi television. In 2018 she won Femina Miss Manipur Queen and was in the top 12 of Femina Miss India 2018. She is best known for her dual portrayal of Meher Kaur Dhillon and Seher Kaur Gill, which earned her a nomination for Best Actress at the Indian Television Academy Awards. She participated in the reality show Bigg Boss 16, where she ended up coming in sixth place.

Before Fame

Her classmates mocked her weight and appearance when she was younger. She began her career as a model and beauty pageant contestant. She made her acting debut in the romantic drama television series Choti Sarrdaarni, which ran from 2019 to 2022.

She has 2.3 million followers on her nimritahluwalia Instagram page. She refers to her fans as Nimritians. While on Bigg Boss 16, she developed a close relationship with child star Abdu Rozik. After her departure from the show, she urged fans to vote for contestant Shiv Thakare. She has been open about her mental health issues. 

Family Life

In February of 2022 she posted a few photos of herself with her parents, Surpal Singh Ahluwalia and Inderpreet Kaur Ahluwalia in a hotel. She has a younger sister, Arpit Singh Ahluwalia.
