Before Fame
After studying geophysics at St. Aidan's College, Durham University, he entered Magdalene College, Cambridge's seismology doctoral program. Upon being discovered by a BBC executive while performing at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, he ended his studies to pursue a career in comedy.
