Multi an award-winning Brazilian screen actor who was widely renowned for his roles on long-running television shows like Escalada, Estúpido Cupido, Zazá, and O Cravo e a Rosa. He also starred in the Guinness Record-holding play O Mistério de Irma Vap, which notably ran for over 11 consecutive years and earned regarded as one of the most successful stage productions in Brazilian history.
Before Fame
He began acting when he was only six years old, beginning with a role on the radio show Rádio Record. He made his first on-screen appearance in the miniseries Alô, Doçura when he was nine. He went on to graduate at the top of his class from the University of São Paulo's School of Dramatic Art.
Trivia
The São Paulo Association of Art Critics honored him with the APCA Trophy and the title of Best Television Actor in 1984. He was also the recipient of the You! Magazine Award for Best Villain in 1998, for his performance as Silas Vadan on the television show Zazá.
Family Life
He was the son of singer Alfredo and showgirl Nena Latorraca. He was in a relationship with actor Edi Botelho for over two decades at the time of his passing in December 2024.
