Award-winning television and radio host, producer, writer, and owner of the Glass Entertainment Group, which produces shows for A&E, E!, TLC, WE, LOGO, National Geographic, Animal Planet, HGTV, CNN, Oxygen and XM/Sirius satellite radio. She has made appearances as a guest on shows such as Larry King Live, Late Night with Conan O'Brien, as well as being featured in People magazine, Entertainment Weekly, Vogue, The New York Times, The Los Angeles Times, The Chicago Tribune and Time magazine.

In her junior year of college, she became a producer at WBZ Boston, which is an affiliate of CBS.

She is a six-time Emmy award winner. She was the first person ever to be nominated for an Emmy as Best Daytime Talk Show Host.

She is married to Charles Lachman, who is a former Pulitzer Prize nominee, author and executive producer of the CBS television show Inside Edition.
