Award winning film producer, actor, and director best known for his work in the highly-acclaimed drama film Orí, which was named 'Best Film in an African Language' during the 2005 African Movie Academy Awards ceremony. He has also gained recognition for his work in the films Igi owo, Apesine, Omoniyun, Jagun Jagun, Afefeyeye, Oyin Alagbe, and many others. He is known within the African film industry as "Mr. Authentic."

Before Fame

Prior to his acting career, he attended the University of Ibadan in Ibadan, Nigeria. Upon graduating, he then began his professional film career in 1991. 

Trivia

The first film he ever produced was the 1995 drama Asise. In addition to producing, directing, and acting, he has also received film credits as a screenwriter. 

Family Life

He lives in Nigeria along with his wife, Omolara, and their children. He is a father of five.
