Monika Olejnik

Award-winning radio and TV journalist who worked for Polish Radio III for nearly two decades and became known for frequent correspondence with politicians. In the 2000s, she moved more toward TV, appearing on Kropka Nad I and Prosto w Oczy.

Before Fame

After graduating from Warsaw Agricultural University with a degree in zoology, she received a graduate degree in journalism.

Trivia

Her father was a significant figure in communist Poland, holding a position in the Ministry of Internal Affairs. She was honored by the Order Odrodzenia Polski in 2000.

Family Life

She was married for a time to Gregory Wasowski, with whom she had a son. She later dated Thomas Ziolkowski.
