Widely known for her role as Pidge on the Netflix original series Orange Is the New Black. She debuted as the character at the outset of season 4. 

Before Fame

She studied the famed Meisner technique at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. She later earned her degree in acting from Fordham University.

In June 2017, she was announced as a recurring cast member for season 2 of the Amazon drama series Sneaky Pete. She guest starred in a 2012 Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode as a crime scene tech.
