Canadian entrepreneur, television personality, and social media influencer known for appearing on CBC's television show Dragon's Den and for co-founding the investment company Clearbanc. Her entrepreneurial fame has led her to amass over 60,000 followers on Instagram. 

Before Fame

She attended Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario, and graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering and with an MBA. She launched her first business which was a coffee shop in 2006 while she was still a student at Queen's University. She began investing more and opened several other businesses before opening Clearbanc. 

Trivia

She was named as one of the Forbes "Most Disruptive Millennials on a Mission" in 2013. She was also the recipient of the Canadian Innovation Awards' Angel Investor of the Year in 2018. She was the youngest cast member of season 10 of Dragons' Den. 

Family Life

She was born in Calgary, Alberta, and grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan. She is the daughter of the CEO of Nexen, Marvin Romanow.
