Matt Overton

About

Veteran NFL long snapper that was first signed by the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He was later signed by the Dallas Cowboys in October 2022. He has also played for the Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars, Los Angeles Chargers, Tennessee Titans and the Los Angeles Rams during his NFL career. 

Before Fame

He initially began his collegiate career at Diablo Valley Community College. He later transferred to Western Washington University. He played defense in college.

Trivia

He earned his first career NFL Pro Bowl following his 2013 season with the Colts. As well as the NFL, he played for periods of time in the UFL, with the Florida Tuskers. While in the UFL, he was once considered to be one of the league's top-ten players. 

Family Life

Although he was born in San Leandro, California, he grew up living in the Tracy, California area. He now lives along with his wife, Breanna, and their family.
