Former NCAA and NFL football coach who has served as an offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach since beginning his professional career. Following his one season as the interim head coach at the University of Maryland, he then began working as the quarterbacks coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also served as the Steelers' offensive coordinator up until he was fired in November 2023.

He first began his coaching career as a graduate assistant at Indiana University. After three seasons, he then began coaching at Butler University.
Trivia
