He started his career with Avex Entertainment Inc. in September of 2004 when he served as Director of Avex Planning and Development. In September of 2005, he became the President of Avex Digital Inc. He was later given the Chief Executive Officer position in April of 2010 and served as Chairman starting in June of 2018.
