Czech singer and songwriter who won the Czech Nightingale in the Singer of the Year Category in 2021 and 2022. In 2008 he also won the same award in the Discovery of the Year Category. He has over 270,000 monthly listeners on Spotify. He is known for his albums Pády (Falls), Vlastní svět (Own World) and Planeta jménem stres (A Planet Called Stress). He has 280,000 followers on his marekztraceny Instagram.

Before Fame

He graduated from the Jaroslav Ježek Conservatory in Prague. In 2008 he released his first album, Ztrácíš (You Lose). In 2015 he released his album Pády which received positive reviews from music critics. 

Trivia

In 2021 and 2022 he hosted the Tour de Léto, which not only featured his concerts but also meet and greets with other creators like master chef Roman Staša and actor Richard Genzer. One of his most popular videos on his self-titled YouTube channel is the music video for "Naše cesty" (Our Ways) posted in October of 2019. It has since gained over 18 million views. 

Family Life

He married Marcela Skřivánková in 2013, and the couple have one son, Marek Ztracený. He asked his wife to marry him at the 2020 concert he held at O 2 arena.
