Italian pastry chef, food stylist, and cake designer known for his innovative approach to haute pâtisserie and for his Instagram account @pastry_mark, where he shares baking, cooking, and personal content with over 260,000 Instagram followers.

Before Fame

He spent considerable time with his grandmothers as a child and observed and assisted them in the kitchen. His early exposure to cooking and baking sparked his passion for cooking. He initially pursued a degree in medicine, but eventually his love for sweets and cooking led him to a different path. He began preparing desserts for family and friends. His breakthrough came when he crafted a wedding cake for a friend's wedding, which led him to begin his professional journey in the world of pastry. He began posting content on his Instagram page in early 2021.

Trivia

He launched the project My Wonderland during the COVID-19 pandemic, which celebrates Italy's culinary and cultural heritage. He traveled across Italy for the project and discovered local producers whom he promoted through three chapters: "DRINK ME," "EAT ME," and "FIND ME."

Family Life

He was born and raised in  Palermo, Sicily, Italy. He has one child.
