American jazz singer who rose to fame on the hit reality competition show America's Got Talent. She lost her hearing at the age of 18 but continued to pursue her passion and traveled as a jazz soloist and a motivational speaker. 

Before Fame

She was 1 of 15 students to be accepted to Colorado State University as a vocal major in 2006.

In 2014, she performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C.  

Family Life

She is the daughter of Joe and Valerie Harvey and she has three siblings.
