American CrossFit athlete who in 2022 became the youngest person to reach the podium at the CrossFit Games. She was 18 at the time and won second place. Prior to this accomplishment, she had already made history by becoming the youngest person to win the CrossFit Open earlier that year. 

Before Fame

She began competitive gymnastics at the age of three. She later reached level six in the sport. At the age of ten, she began her CrossFit journey, eventually entering competitions like Wodapalooza.

Trivia

In 2021, she was honored with the title of CrossFit's Rookie of the Year. Her malobrien_ Instagram has amassed 650,000 followers. 

Family Life

Her parents are Joe and Nicole O'Brien. Her mother introduced her to CrossFit.

In the 2022 CrossFit Games, her performance propelled her to a second-place finish, closely following the six-time champion, Tia-Clair Toomey.
