Comedian, singer, and writer/director/producer of the sketch comedy show Kale, Caesar! Her videos in which she uses lyrics from popular songs to act out various life situations have contributed to her online following, boasting 370,000 followers on her madchalk TikTok account, and over 23 million likes. She is also the creator and owner of the digital portrait illustration company Chalkfield.

Before Fame

She earned a bachelor's degree in English language at James Madison University in 2018, where she was also a member of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority and JMU a Capella group. She has taken on internships at Upbeat Productions in London as well as Gidden Media in Beverly Hills, CA. Shortly after moving to Los Angeles, she began work as an assistant at a talent agency before deciding to leave the corporate world to focus on her art and creating content of her own.

Trivia

After leaving her corporate job, she experimented in a number of different artistic venues. She performed in student films, open mic nights, improv classes, podcasts, and even friends' bands.

Family Life

In 2018, she posted the video "Hire Me (The Post-Grad Blues)" to her YouTube channel, in which she sings an original song comedically begging employers to hire her so that she can move out of her parents' house. 

Associated With

Her video posts have parodied the lyrics of popular musical artists such as Plain White T's, Lady Gaga, and Taylor Swift. She also posted a stitch video at the beginning of 2023 in which she pretends to break up with actress Anna Kendrick.
