Teenage hockey sensation who signed to play with the Chicago Steel of the United States Hockey League in 2022 at just 16 years old. Despite being so young, he led his team to the USHL's Eastern Conference Finals while also receiving Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Forward of the Year accolades during the process. In 2023, he committed to playing collegiate hockey at Boston University. He was selected first overall by the San Jose Sharks in the 2024 NHL draft.
Before Fame
While coming up, he was invited to play for the Canadian youth national team. While playing for Team Canada, he won bronze during the 2023 World U18 Championships.
Trivia
After receiving the USHL Player of the Year, Rookie of the Year, and Forward of the Year awards, he became just the second person in USHL history to achieve this feat. In fact, he is the first player ever to do so in just one single season.
