Polish director, producer, and screenwriter who rose to fame with her directorial debut, the 2000 drama film Szczesliwy czlowiek. She went on to direct the 2013 drama film In the Name Of, as well as the acclaimed 2015 drama film Body. More recently, she co-directed the celebrated 2020 comedy-drama Never Gonna Snow Again with Michał Englert.
