His YouTube channel in particular has earned more than 1.5 million subscribers through videos dedicated to street food, travel vlogs, and other miscellaneous travel videos in Iceland, Japan, Taiwan, and more. 

Before Fame

Armed with a passion for food and travel, after he finished his degree he resolved to begin teaching English as a foreign language abroad. This was how the Chopstick Travel blog began.

One of his most popular YouTube videos is "CHEF RISKS LIFE TO COOK DANGEROUS 72 Hour Rare Taiwanese Food" which earned 1 million views within six months of its May 2017 release. 

Family Life

After college, he and his girlfriend, Sabrina Davidson, began teaching English in Taiwan.
