Luis Rábago

Mexican actor who has appeared in theater, television and film. He is best known for playing General Eugenio Blanco in the 2017 TV series El Chapo. 

Before Fame

He studied Spanish letters, journalism and acting at the National Institute of Fine Arts and Literature (INBAL) in Mexico City.

Trivia

He made his film debut in Pray Yes, We Have to Win! The film won the 1982 Ariel Award for Best Picture.
