American retired professional basketball player who is best known for playing all nine seasons in the ABA with the Kentucky Colonels from 1967-1976. After the ABA-NBA merger in 1976, he also played three seasons in the NBA with the San Antonio Spurs.

He graduated from Southport High School and the University of Kentucky.
Trivia
In 2015, he was inducted as a member of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. He also served as an assistant coach with the Denver Nuggets.
