She is also a successful British actress, with both regular and reoccurring roles in popular British TV shows such as Chef, Cold Feet and Emmerdale.

Trivia

She won Audio Solo Narration (Female) for Tallgrass by Sandra Dallas and was voted one of Audiofile's Best Voices of 2008, among several others. She also hosted her own talk show, All About Eve and is a writer for children's TV series, including Bob the Builder, Fantomcat, and Zip-A-Gang and Chuggington.

She was born in Pennsylvania and raised in Los Angeles. She has been based in the United Kingdom since 1981. She married actor Vincent Marzello.
