About

Multi-award-winning playback singer, voice artist, and social media personality who rose to stardom in Telugu cinema. She recorded for hundreds of soundtrack albums and lent her voice to countless films as a dubbing artist and voice actor. She also expanded her audience as a radio jockey on Red FM 93.5's popular program, Red Adda, and as a YouTuber with over 150,000 subscribers on her self-titled channel, where she shares mashups, covers, and collaborations with notable musicians. 

Before Fame

She studied numerous capacities of vocal styles throughout her education, including Carnatic Classical vocals, western vocals, music therapy, and more. She studied at Trinity College London before also earning a Master of Business Administration degree in human resource management. 

Trivia

She was declared runner-up on ETV's reality competition series Padutha Theeyaga in 2010. She became the winner of Bol Baby Bol in 2017 and later also appeared on Super Singer-Star Maa as well as Zee Saregamapa, as a mentor. Her many career accolades include a 2016 Nandi Award for Best Female Dubbing Artist and a 2020 Rashtriya Gaurav Award for Multi-Talented Artist of the Year.

She and her husband Uday wed in 2012.
