Before Fame

After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2002 with a degree in journalism, she would shortly after be hired as a producer's assistant on Saturday Night Live. 

Trivia

In 2015 and 2016, she was named one of Billboard's 50 Most Powerful Music Executives. 

Family Life

Her father, Robert, was an electronics and housewares business owner and her mother, Christine, was a sales representative. She married fellow TV producer Kevin Miller in 2010 and they had one daughter. The couple separated in 2014 and she would later begin dating Ben Affleck in 2017.

As a longtime crew member on Saturday Night Live, she has worked alongside the show's creator Lorne Michaels.
