Former professional midfield soccer player for the Cardiff City Football Club of Cardiff, Wales, who made headlines in 2001 after he was given a 2-year suspended sentence by the Football Association of Wales for testing positive for a class A drug. 

Before Fame

He attended Llanrumney High School in his hometown of Llanrumney, Cardiff. He was scouted by Arsenal Football Club when he was just 10 years old, which he played for before joining Queens Park Rangers at the age of 13. 

Trivia

He helped his team, Cardiff City, win the FAW Premier Cup during their 2001-02 season. Although he went on to enjoy a lengthy non-league senior career afterward, his contract with Cardiff City was officially revoked in May 2002 after he refused to provide a sample when selected for random drug testing.

He has a son named Tremaine.
