Contemporary gospel singer-songwriter known for hits like "W.O.W. (Walk on Water)," which reached the #1 spot on Billboard's Gospel Airplay chart in May 2023. After releasing her debut album "Brand New" in 2022, she was named Best New Artist at the 2023 Stellar Awards. She has toured with Erica Campbell and performed at renowned events including the kickoff to Black History Month celebrations for the Golden State Warriors.

Before Fame

She began singing at her grandfather's church when she was just 4 years old. She performed for several years as part of the New Edwin Hawkins Sisters, which captured the attention of Grammy Award-winning music producer Warryn Campbell, who went on to sign her to his label My Block Inc. in 2017.

Trivia

In the year 2021, she starred as the lead of Kanye West's Sunday Service Choir. That same year, she also performed on BET's presentation of DMX's homegoing service. In 2022, she was chosen to lead the In Memoriam tribute at the Academy Awards, singing "Heaven" by Shirley Caesar.

Family Life

She began singing at her grandfather's church, where her mother was the organist, and her father was the bassist. She has 2 younger sisters, with whom she spent her youth performing as part of an act called "Byrd Sisters."
