Husband of Mob Wives star Drita D'Avanzo who has been alleged by federal prosecutors to be the leader of the Bonanno and Colombo Crime Family's farm team, known as the New Springville Boys. He inspired a 2012 book based on his life and alleged involvement in New York City's organized crime called The Men Behind Mob Wives: Lee D'Avanzo.

His extensive criminal history began in 1998, when he was convicted of burglary in Essex County, NJ. He married Drita D'Avanzo just two years later, in 2000.

Although he was never actually seen on-screen during the course of Mob Wives, his voice was heard on several occasions in various telephone calls held on the show.
Family Life
He and Drita D'Avanzo welcomed their daughter Aleeya in 2000 before having their second daughter Gizelle in 2006. The pair announced their separation in March 2024.
