R&B singer best known for being one-third of the R&B group Sisters With Voices AKA SWV. They released their debut studio album It's About Time in 1992, which went on to became certified multi-platinum for having over 2 million copies shipped to stores. They disbanded in 1998 before eventually reuniting in 2005.

At age 16, she dropped out of high school to support herself and her then newborn daughter. She and SWV began performing together in 1990 as a gospel group initially.
