On September 11, 2001, she arrived at 1 World Trade Center at 8:46 am. After American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the building, flames enveloped the lobby, igniting her back and arms. She fled and made it across the six lanes of West Street traffic to a grass embankment.

Family Life

Her son is named Tyler Manning. He was 10 months old the day of the attacks. She and her husband Greg had a second son named Jagger. Her father was a Marine.
