Kimbee Chan

Former entertainment journalist who is now an Instagram star and, as of 2017, the richest woman in Hong Kong. She is an executive director at property firm Chinese Estates. 

Before Fame

Born Chan Hoi Wan, she gave herself the name Kimbee after a pink goldfish on the anime series Goldfish Warning!.

She first came to the public's attention when she was an entertainment reporter at Apple Daily in 1999.

Family Life

She married property tycoon Joseph Lau in December 2016. They have three children - Josephine Lau Sau-wah, Lau Chung-hok and a new daughter born in 2018.
