Kim So-jin

About

South Korean actress known for her roles in films including the 2017 crime drama The King, the 2019 drama Another Child, and the 2022 disaster film Emergency Declaration. She made her acting debut in 2006 with an appearance in the film If You Were Me. She was cast in a leading role in the 2022 television series Through the Darkness.

Before Fame

She studied theater at Chung-Ang University and received her Master of Fine Arts degree at Korea National University of Arts.

Trivia

For her work in the 2017 film The King, she won the award for best supporting actress at the Blue Dragon Film Awards, the Grand Bell Awards, and the Baeksang Arts Awards.

Family Life

She was born in Inge County, which is the least densely populated county in South Korea.
