She's gained popularity for posting a series called "5-10-30 meals," where she makes meals with 5 ingredients using $10. She then makes the meals in 30 minutes or less.

In the year 2018, she graduated from State University of New York at Morrisville. She played basketball in high school and in college.

She is the daughter of Tim and Brandy Cox. She has a brother named Payton. She and her husband Zach Chugg have a daughter named Stella.
