Initially famous as a first-season cast member of TLC's Breaking Amish, she went on to pursue a modeling career, posing for a 2013 issue of Maxim and appearing in numerous fashion shows. Also a fashion designer, she created a clothing line that she marketed through her The Kate Stoltz Shop website.

She made her Breaking Amish debut in September of 2012.
