Most well known for her role as Maggie in the 1999 independent film Better Than Chocolate. She is also notable for her recurring television role on First World Problems and for her voice acting work on Sailor Moon.
Before Fame
During her early years, she acted in numerous Canadian theatrical productions and went on to train at Toronto's George Brown Theatre School.

In the late 1990s, she appeared in two episodes of the series PSI Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal.
Family Life
She spent her early years in Corner Brook, Newfoundland, Canada alongside her siblings Paul, Brad and Barry. She tragically took her own life in 2018 after suffering with anxiety and depression.
