Karen Juantorena

About

Also known by the stage name Karenka, she is an actress who appears in a range of telenovelas and television programs. She is most recognized for her recurring role in the 2002 series Class 406 where she played the character Vanessa. 

Before Fame

Her career in entertainment began when she was seventeen and joined the music group Mestizzo. After performing several live shows, she chose to pursue acting and made her debut soap opera appearance on the 1999 series DKDA Dreams of Youth. 

Trivia

In June of 2015 she appeared on the cover of the magazine H for Men. She also obtained a nomination for the Monitor Latino Award for Artist of the Year for her single "Volver a Verte". 

Family Life

She was born in Havana, Cuba but moved to Mexico at the age of eleven with her mother.
