Cyclist known for being the record holder of the paracycling 500 meter race at 34.598 seconds. She has represented Great Britain as a sprinter and cyclist in international events like the Paralympic Games, the World Championships, and the European Championships. In 2016, she won the Women's 400 meters T38 at the Paralympics in Rio 2016.
Before Fame
She began her career as a hockey player but moved to being a track and field sprinter at the age of 15. In 2014, she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and she began competing first as a para-athlete as a sprinter and then as a cyclist.

She has also been featured on a number of British reality shows such as Celebrity Mastermind, Celebrity MasterChef and I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here. She won Celebrity MasterChef in 2021.

She was born in Leeds, England. Her family are Jamaican migrants.
