He began his managerial career in 2003 coaching Adjie Massaid Futsal Clinic. In 2004, he began coaching the Indonesia national futsal team.

He has been a commentator for both the Premier League and the UEFA European Football Championship. In 2006 and 2008, he led Indonesia to win 2nd place in the ASEAN Futsal Championship. He has also posted videos that feature discussions from his podcasts.
