Before Fame
He initially began his collegiate career at the University of California, Davis. After two seasons, he then transferred to UCLA. Coming out of high school, he was rated as a two-star recruit, and received little attention from college football programs. He began his career at UCLA as a walk-on, before earning a scholarship from their new coach, Chip Kelly.

He made his official NFL debut while playing against the Cincinnati Bengals during week-one of the 2020 regular season. He recorded 111 rushing attempts for 354 yards with two touchdowns in fourteen games.
