Veteran outside linebacker and athlete who was taken as a first round pick during the 2019 NFL draft by the Jacksonville Jaguars. Following that season, he was named to the 2019 PFWA All-Rookie Team. Prior to being drafted, he played college football at the University of Kentucky.
Before Fame
As a senior at Kentucky, he was given the Chuck Bednarik award and he was named an All-American. In the year 2018, he was also named the SEC Defensive Player of the Year.
Trivia
Despite being a rookie, he earned his first NFL Pro Bowl selection after recording a Jaguars' franchise rookie record of 10.5 sacks. A few years later, he became Jacksonville's all-time single-season record holder for sacks with 17.5. He stands six feet, five inches tall, and weighs close to 240 pounds.
