Screen actor best known for starring as Neron "Creeper" Vargas on the FX television series Mayans M.C. He has also guest starred on numerous series including The Shield, Criminal Minds, Shameless, and Blue Bloods.
Before Fame
He became involved in gang and criminal activity when he was only nine years old and ended up spending twelve years in prison before he was 26 years old. While in prison, he made the decision to turn his life around and went on to be released on parole in 2003. He made his professional acting debut in the 2006 film Gridiron Gang.
Trivia
He has been heavily involved in Homeboy Industries and has done outreach and speaking based on his experience in the 12-step program Criminals and Gangmembers Anonymous.
Family Life
His first son was born while he was in state prison, leading him to make the decision to turn away from a life of crime. Growing up, he was a third-generation gang member whose parents, brothers, and uncles all struggled with drug addiction.
