Brazilian journalist and television presenter who is best recognized for his appearances on the news program Brasil Urgente on the Rede Bandeirantes network. He is best recognized for his coverage of crime and urban violence throughout Brazil.

Before Fame

He originally started his career as a journalist in radio. He then migrated to television and started covering several sports programs. It wasn't until he joined the Rede Bandeirantes network as a presenter that he started to gain further attention. 

Trivia

He is also known for his political affiliations and is a member of the Liberal Front Party as well as the Democratic Party of Brazil. 

Family Life

He was born and raised in Ribeirao Preto and married Matilde Foresto in 1977. Together the couple has five children.

He announced his campaign for mayor of São Paulo in the 2024 election, running against Pablo Marçal.
