Country singer known for writing songs for himself and other artists. His 2010 album, It All Happened In A Honky Tonk, became such a regional success that it was re-released as a Deluxe Edition by Warner Music Nashville in 2013. His song "She Won't Be Lonely Long" was a hit for Clay Walker in 2010. Joe Nichols recorded his song "I Can't Take My Eyes Off You" in 2011.

He was a regular performer on the Texas honky tonk circuit. His 2015 album, Natural Man, debuted at #13 on iTunes. He launched his own tequila brand called Juan Lobo. He draws on his life experiences and time growing up in a small town in Oklahoma while writing music. Throughout his career, he has played more than 400 shows, opening up for a number of big-named acts.

His stepfather introduced him to country music. His stepfather was a bass player in a house band with Joe Don Rooney.
